News Crew Attacked At Natomas Murder Scene « CBS Sacramento

Grieving family and friends attacked a reporter and his camerawoman from a Sacramento news station Sunday as they tried to cover a story of a shooting in north Natomas that left one person killed.

You would think that these people would be happy about a newsgroup covering this story so that it could help perhaps gather more clues and catch the people that did this, but instead they reacted violently. You could say that perhaps when a person is grieving, it probably isn’t the best time to approach or ask. But couldn’t they have just plainly told the reporters that they didn’t want to answer any questions and to please leave them alone?? Also, you would think that out of all those adults there, a few of them would be in reason to stop the other idiots that reacted violently, but they all acted out of line…give me your thoughts?

Hey people!! It’s been a while since I have been on here, work and personal crap and friends, family and loved ones all mixed in together in a big ole’ pot of OMG soup…yup…I said it OH EM GEE!! lol. Anyway, stay tuned, I’ll be on a little later to rant….I just got off work and OMG (Yeah I said it again) I am drained, it’s like these people are trained to come drain and suck the energy out of me! Our patients are amazing (Not in a good way) but more like amazingly crazy as hell!! lol…Alright my loves, im off to possibly take a nap, relax, do some laundry, work out and then…ill be on here to speak out! Did anyone watch the Grammy’s on Sunday?? OMG!! Crazy!!

So I work for Public Health, directly with the public. It’s horrible, as much as I would like to help these people, they have to learn to help themselves. Today we were short staffed and saw a great number of patients…I am literally tired. I’ll rest up before I go on my run…Gotta get that cardio in every day!! TTYL…

I hate Monday’s, but here I am, morning breath and all lol! Gotta check the weather so that I can figure out what to wear, take a shower, shave, dress and head to STARBUCKS!! Welcome to Shorty’s World!!!

Hello and welcome to Shorty’s world. This blog serves a lot of motives like most blogs and social networks, to connect, get educated, share thoughts and ideas, celebrate, morn….I can go on and on. But it also serves as an outlet for myself. So I decided to start this blog on a very important day to most Americans, SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!! Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Green Bay Packers. Great game, really close, but the Packers took it home 🙂

Anyway, the Super Bowl didn’t really have anything to do with me starting it today, I just happen to start it today…lol….ha that sounded redundant. Anyway, I wanted to take the time to introduce myself (as I watch a new episode of Glee and their new Chevrolet commercial) . I am a Bay Boy, born in Berkeley California and grew up in the city of Richmond California. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area is awesome, it’s like 7+ cities all in one…all with their own identifiable character and people. I grew up with very young parents (They were 15 when they had me) and went through some tough times with my parents, but I couldn’t have asked for better parents. After 30 years, ups and downs, happy times and terrible times, they have managed to raise 3 awesome kids and now they are spoiling 2 beautiful and great grandkids (Nope neither of them are mine, im just the cool uncle) and have taught me that family is first and that no matter what happens, u can get through anything with determination, street smart, preparation/planning and charisma.

I love music, I sing, play piano, drums, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet learning guitar and bass. I love to write, mostly short stories and poetry, I love the arts. Love to travel, been to Brazil, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Iceland, Kuwait and Iraq….the last two was for military Deployment. Yes I am in the military, I am in the Army, currently in the Army National Guard right now waiting for an assignment to go back Active Duty, I’m hoping Japan (cross your fingers). Anyway, Glee is over and it was great and I hope you tune back in tomorrow for what adventures and trouble Shorty gets into. Tomorrow I will share some of what Shorty went through in 2010….
